Virtual Training

Tired of sitting at your desk all day? Need some fresh air and movement to help your brain focus? Would you like to connect with some fabulous gals? Join us for a 30 minute virtual group walk or run. Join from wherever you are via the Zoom app on your phone. Be socially distant without being socially isolated. No one is too slow or too fast. Get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and enjoy a light-hearted, uplifting chat with some awesome ladies. It’s free and all paces and fitness levels are welcome! Hope you can make it.

Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am Pacific/12:30pm Eastern

Wednesdays at 12:30pm Pacific/3:30pm Eastern
