ENDURANCE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM

This is a six-month instructor-led running, walking, and hiking program that takes place virtually via Zoom. It will not only change your body, it will change your mind, your attitude, and your outlook on life.

Equipped with the knowledge needed to complete a successful training program as well as the support of our community, you will begin to change your self-perception and see yourself differently as you become stronger, feel healthier, and become a more successful runner, walker or hiker.
